This 1:1 session is a lovingly held space where you are welcome just as you are, with whatever is present for you in the moment. Together, we dive into a theme or topic that moves you – whether it’s an inner question, emotional process, conflict, or a desire for change. Each session is intuitively and individually guided – tailored to your current state and needs. I support you with heart, presence, and intuitive insight to help you find more depth, clarity, and inner peace on your path. Through conversation, meditative guidance, body awareness, energy work, or creative tools, a space opens up for new perspectives. A space where you can release, feel, understand, and remember – your truth, your courage, and your authenticity.
